COMPLEXES

A complex is a collection of thoughts, feelings, and memories that focus around a particular concept or theme. Think of a complex as a node in your unconscious, where related emotional and cognitive material is stored without your day-to-day awareness. Our complexes can have a significant influence on our behavior and emotional states.

Through coaching, you can become more aware of when you’re “acting out of a complex,” and this awareness can open up different options.
